Well , it had to happen eventually and it took until the second last game of the season to happen but the M2’s finally had repeat winners of MoM and DoD . Our 16 man squad managed to produce a suspicious 24 votes for each category and the 8 and 9 man spread for each respective category goes to show the effort and work rate that went into to fixture but also how comfortable we have become in highlighting each others failings!!! Merv has been in phenomenal form over the last few weeks both in defence and attack and has thoroughly deserved his repeat accolade by cancelling an opponent around a third his age. And despite his best efforts I’m afraid Chris’ decision to come out the shower and proudly begin to dry himself with his coat didn’t go as unnoticed as he may have thought!!! A big thank you to @⁨Will (THC)⁩ and @DaveF for brilliantly umpiring a tough and hard fought fixture. Another full turn out in the bar afterwards meant that spirits stayed high long after the fixture had finished .
